All have worked and travelled extensively around the world and wanted to bring their common love and vision of providing consistently good food and service, uncompromising high standards and quality to Jamaica. Anil is also a member of the prestigious Chaine des Rotisseurs, an International Gastronomic Society founded in Paris in 1950, that is devoted to promoting fine dining and preserving the camaraderie and pleasures of the table. Anil holds the title of Vice Conseiller Culinaire in the Jamaican chapter. There are also two other award-winning restaurants owned and operated by this dynamic trio, Coconuts on the Bay in Ocho Rios and Jewel of India in Kingston.
